really rotten. I was going to start eating healthy again this week (I fell off my wagon when I got too busy to run-why eat right?).

But now I'm hungry for a bagel & cream cheese

I am a blueberry bagel and cream cheese kind of gal. But my mom make chicken enchiladas with it. She cooks some chicken breasts, shreds them, mixes in cream cheese and salsa (all in a skillet). And then the put this filling into corn tortillas, lines them up in a pan and then puts enchilada sauce and cheddar cheese on top and bakes it. YUM!

Mmmmm! Sounds like a quick & easy recipe that everybody loves.

I make a great cheesecake too. Always a hit & comes out perfect every time. Recipe is on the package.

What flavor of cheesecake do you love?

I'd have to say white chocolate raspberry or turtle would be my favorite cheese cake.
We have a Cheesecake Factory here in Houston. I drag my DH there sometimes so I can get my fill. I went to the one in Chicago about 10 years ago and I was hooked. They had a huge menu with all the different cheesecakes. I love that place!

Ok I'll have to try that pumpkin recipe. It sounds wonderful! Yes the chicken enchiladas and yummy. I look forward to them each year when I go up to see my parents. Makes the house smell good too!
