Default How I lost weight..

I just wanted to share how i lost 61pounds, I am very proud of my weight loss and now Im a size 6-7, I was when I first started to loose weight size 14 but busting out of my size 14 and thats when I decided I needed to do something about it. I just couldnt go out and buy a size 16 in any size. I knew something HAD to change.

I was 188 pounds june of last year, I am now 127pounds. I tried starving myself but that NEVER works. I finally turned to lean cuisines meals, and started walking and then running every other evening. If i got hungry i ate lots of fruit, always having ready cut fruit in my fridge and eating lots of fresh steamed veggies at dinner time. Its been a few months since I got down to 127 and I now go to the gym twice a week and i have maintained my weight loss. I honestly believe pills do not work, you really need to just change your eating habits and work out.

I am a mother of two, and you can find the time and once you get into a habit you really can maintain it. You can have your treats too, you just got to pick and choose what your eating. Instead of eating three meals a day i eat four, making breakfast my main meal, good thing I love special K!!! Make a small meal around 11, a lean cuisine around 2 and veggies for dinner (i sometimes even had special k again for dinner) Change a few of your habbits, turn to 2% milk instead of full milk, use fat free flavored creamer in your coffee instead of milk and sugar.. it gives it a sweet taste with out the calories. ect.

I couldnt be happier with my weight loss, I am planning on getting down to 120 now, and I will be where I want to be, its not something that happens in a short time, its work, and its something that will take time, make small goals, that head towards a bigger goal and you can do it.
