I have probably $75-$80 ECB on each of mine and my dh's accounts and know I need to stop worrying about what will "roll" the best all the time and just use some up. I know some will expire if I don't anyway. I do get stuff we need sometimes(diapers, pop, milk), but I still seem to keep buliding and building each week. So how much do you who have been rolling for a long time think I should keep back just for rolling?
