This is a very good and simple advice and I absolutely agree about taking a good care of your self fist. You cant love anyone else truly unless you love and appreciate your self first.
Be the person you would like to attract into your life as a partner. You wanna be happy, be happy without the partner already and you will attract a happy person to build healthy relationship.

Often I am in violation of number 1 and 6. lol. I don't take as good a care of myself as I ought to and at the same time I am a perfectionist (contradictory?) Thanks for the reminder..very true advice.
