Default Hyperbaric Oxygen and Intensive Physical Therapy for Children with Special Needs

Hi All,

I just wanted to let the parents know that there are new studies that show that hyperbaric oxygen and intensive physical therapy are really showing great results for kids with disabilities. Sometimes physical therapy 2 or 3 times a week for 30 minutes doesn't allow for enough repetition and intensity that the muscles need. This program that i work for is like a "boot camp" for kids with special needs which runs for 3 hours per day every day for 3-4 weeks.

The hyperbaric oxygen (HBOT) is a medical treatment that saturates the body at 100% pure oxygen. Oxygen is great for healing and what was once only used for wound care is starting to be used more to heal the brain with people who have neurological conditions as well.

Check out the website for more info. Theres also a link there for hyperbaric oxygen. Hope this helps!
