Default Anger and Sexual Abuse

I've just written a series of articles on the anger associated with sexual abuse. This anger can be both internalized (directed at the self) or externalized (directly either at the perpetrator or at the world in general). While anger is a powerful emotion, geting stuck in the anger stage of your abuse makes recovery harder. You can read about various case studies of survivors of sexual abuse and how they dealt with their rage and anger here.
