i was diagnosed w/ endometriosis 2 wks ago, i've had a lump on my left side for awhile, well, they did all these test, and finally had surgery on wed, they put a mesh around my uterus, stitches inside, steri strips outside...some discomfort now, esp getting up/down/coughing, etc...and get this, i'm likely to get this again
anyone else out there?

that treatment sounds odd!
I'm hoping to make it to the CEC in Atlanta to hopefully get it taken care of within the next year. I refuse to mess around with the doctors down here that have no clue. My last lap was 10 yrs ago, so I know it's a mess in there now.

I also have Endo. I had surgery last June and was on Hormorne for 6 months. I got off that in Feb 07. It was so so terrible!!! I'm now having problems again.
What are u doing fr your? Did you have cysts in your ovaries too?

i have endo too and March last year i had a surgical intervention, i was on treatment for 6 months and now i feel much better, of course when my period comes it hurts like hell, but the eco is fine and just have to return to the doctor on January next year. Good luck all of you

I Have Endometriosis. I Had To Have My Tubes Tied. I Had It Done 12 Years In ( July1996). My Doctors Told Me I Would Never Be Able To Have Children Of My Own. I Was Heartbroken.
