So tonight DH went to his freinds party and I stayed home with Ian. Because Ian has an ear infection he has not felt well and not slept the best. Anyways I stayed home with Ian who is Mr.Cranky don't get me wrong I love him to death. But he has fussed all night, I let the dogs out to go the bathroom they came in with poop on there paws Took off running through the house and up my stairs. While I am cleaning up the dog poop Ian grabs my cell phone which is sitting on the coffee table (my fault) and sticks in the dogs water dish. I just want me time ......
Thanks for letting me vent , I just feel like I need adult time and wish I could have gone out to night as well !

Awe that's awful! I hate days/nights like that. Don't feel bad. We all get those feelings of needing "me" time. It actually helps us be better moms when we get away for a bit...sort of like recharging the batteries.

If you can, tell dh he owes you one & call him on it tomorrow. Take some time for yourself.

I understand completely! I work 10 hr days and before work I have to take care of the baby cause DH is at work, and when I get home he's had enough cause she's usually fussy for him so he hands her off to me and I don't even get a chance to unwind. I agree with MissyChrissy...he owes you one! Make sure he pays up!
