Default I HATE diets :(

Man am I ever sick of being on a diet! I am still struggling to lose this weight I put on while pg with the twins and I HATE it! Some days I do really well and others its so depressing to even bother with. I wish there was a miracle pill I could take to melt it all off overnight!! Lol I have heard alot about HOODIA and the new supplements that contain it, has anyone tried any of them or know anything about them?

I haven't heard of it. What does it do? I would love a wonder pill! But we all know that they don't always work.
Have you tried weight watchers? It's not a diet persay it's a way to change your eating habbits because you can eat what you want as long as it's with in your points. The best part is you can do this online if you want. I know how busy you must be with 3 kids!

I sure havent, but I will definitely check it out though. I started taking smart burn with Hoodia in it about 2 weeks ago and so far I have lost 11 pounds! But I have also changed my eating habits and am back to jogging 2 miles at night so who knows if it is actually the pills or not.

That is great! I've heard of hoodia but have never studied it. My main concern is that it is safe. With all the health issues I used to have the last thing I wanted was to try yet another not so safe product like Xenadrine & some of the other stuff out there. They would make my heart pound & I felt jittery & anxious. This is one of the reasons I have been so happy with the cleansing system I found.. The idea of ridding the body of impurities and naturally shedding lbs & inches made total sense to me. Anyway, congrats on your weight loss. But most importantly, on changing your eating habits and jogging. After all, keeping healthy (all around) is a lifestyle change.

Here's another vote for weight watchers. I struggled with my weight for years and this program taught me what our society does not. The keys to losing and keeping off weight are portion control and the right choices. No human makes the right choices everyday so you need to learn to forgive yourself and make each step forward to new one. Also remember to give yourself a break when you have babies around... you are in survival mode half the time! Not easy to do but if you can choose one cup of strawberries over a granola bar you will be full and your immune system will also thank you! Good luck - you are not alone and it is not easy - I'm rooting for you!

I think that the best way to lose weight is dieting and exercising. We should remember that "No pain. no gain". Therefore we should work hard and be ready to do some sacrifices if we want to lose weight. We have to avoid those tasty, oily and statrchy food that do good only to the tongue. We shouldn't forget the regular execises too.

I spent $200 on a digital camera and $150 on software, a case etc. I then lost 90 pounds in two years. But so far I saved $260 on food because I am eating less. So my cost per # is $1. All I do to take off the pounds and keep them off is to take a photo of each thing that I eat. So far that comes to 1000's of food photos. I have keep the weight off for 3 year now. So I think taking photos of what you eat is the lowest cost way of taking off weight (cost per pound).

I too wish there was a maricle pill however there is not have you tried them? they are a free site that teaches you how to live healthy and so on. I had a baby 3 months ago and I was hatign the way Ilooked, When I came across there site I realized there where other moms that have been though the same thing. I have tried WW and didn't have any luck with it, Dietpills never seemed to work for me. maybe it will work for you.

Best way to lose weight that I know about, is eating a smaller main meal (dinner) and not eating snacks (like cheese and biscuits, yum, but no no) later at night, larger breakfast and lunch, simple clean cut food, with veggies and meat if you eat meat, but no fancey sauces, try and keep things simple and free of things, that you don't know about what it contains. Make a habit of exercising daily, but not as a chore, exercise doing something you like, like walking the dog or flying a kite going for a swim at the beach in the waves : ). On certain people low GI diets have been known to help also, my friend Deborah can testify to that and has done so on my website. Hope this could help some people. Remember don't be led astray by diet drugs and other weightloss things that seem to good to be true

Take care from Josh : )
