Ok this is going to be a long dumb story. I can't believe I actually want to write this out.
My mom was in a relationship for 19 years with a man I called my step dad, though they were never married. It has always been a up and down rollercoaster. He was mentally and physically abusive to my mom and very , very controlling. He cheated on her numerous times and blah blah blah. Typical.
Well finally she left him a few months ago, and had her own little house. I was so proud of her.
Well come last Saturday, (he still lives across the street where they lived together) he came to my yard and said all this bull about still loving my mom and wanting to work everything out and so on and he even cried. So I stupidly bought the crap, thinking that maybe for once , someone was being geniune. Nope!!!
He'd had this woman living with him for like a month. So that night we watched them pack up all his stuff on the back of her truck. And off they went the next morning. Off to Texas. ( I live in INDIANA).
So the next morning my mom comes to the house after talking with him, he told her they were leaving so she decides to come raging , ranting , and cussing. She got in the house (through the door that he himself had kicked in to make it look like she did it). and they left it a wreck. Mold growing on the walls, trash and ashes everywhere...it's just crazy.
Well my mom keeps coming to my house (3 times a day) complaining and going off on ranting tangents, cussing in front of my kids. My daughter is so nervous she is biting her nails til they bleed after she has been there. I am just so tired of hearing all of this , you don't understand. She also has mental issues, being very paranoid. SHe seriously makes up crap in her own head and says it outloud just to upset everyone.
I told her the other day that I couldn't listen to this crap anymore, and that she was upsetting my kids. I asked her if we could just do mother daughter stuff instead of it always being like this. (because it has always been this way.)
DO I have the right to say shut up and leave me alone!!! Or because she's my mom , do I have to keep listening to her?
SOrry. I hate posting personal stories like this but I need help.
