Default i want summer!

ugh, so it's 9 degrees here, and with the windchill it's -6. crazy. anyways, i come into work this morning (i work at a bank, but i'm in almost like a little box, it's just me because our lobby is inside the mall and they wanted a driveup available.) anyways, so i come in and it's 60 degrees in here! i've been here since 7 and it's only gone up to 67!! i have a blanket wrapped around me, slippers on, and i've already drank 3 cups of hot chocolate! it's so cold! i just can not wait for weather in the 70's-90's.

I totally agree with you. It's stinkin FRIGID out. I hate it.

Your working conditions sound awful. Is there any way you can bring in a heating pad for the next time?

well, my manager just brought me a space heater, so that's helping a bit. but the temp. is still only 70. i've been here for 6 hours and it's gone up 10 degrees. brrrr. the perfect weather for me would be how it was when i was in jamaica 2 januarys ago....85 degrees, no humidity, and not a cloud in sight.

glad ya got the heater. Is the cubicle drafty at all? I know the wind was whipping when I came in at 8:00 this morning.

I want to go to Jamaica now.

It is sooo cold here, it is even cold inside our house! The wind is howling past my windows and rattling the glass and freaking out my kids and making me grouchy! I keep bumping up the thermostat and I don't even want to see my next gas bill. I would love to be in Jamaica right now. Or Hawaii, or the Bahamas, Cabo, Cancun, anywhere warm!

I dont want summer!!! no 100+ weather not yet. We have barely had winter. What maybe a weeks worth of under 32 nights. Its 65 and very humid with a cool front on the way, so we will get a ton of rain. and a 10 degree drop.
I think it should be spring all year long, 60 at night and low 80 in the day! Lets pass a law

Currently we have a high of 5 F (Low -3 F) with a wind chill of -19 F. As much as summer sounds great I'm kinda used to the snow cover we've had since just after Thanksgiving. But the crud on the roads can be gone and I wouldn't cry about it.
