If I get a brand new card today...question
I only have one card, but would like another since the ECBs print right away now. It will actually be for my daughter who just moved two weeks ago (same city), but I will keep one of her cards and do the deals for her.
My question is this. If I buy the monthly deals...crest, pulsar, softsoap, etc., and have them scan a brand new card, will the ECBs print right away, or does her info have to be in the system first? 1-800-shop-cvs wasn't sure...I didn't really expect them to know anyway!
So anyone here gotten a brand new card lately and can share your experience? Thank you!

It will print instantly, just won't have a name on the top of it. You could actually use a card and never fill out the form or have any infor attached to it.

Thank you so much! I'll go ahead though and fill out the info so she can get those email coupons and other offers. Hope I can keep everything straight...it's work for me just trying to keep up with all the deals on one card! I don't know how some people do it who have 5 and 6 cards!

My husband's new CVS card just came in the mail today, but when I tried to log into his account with the card #, zip code, and last name, it said that one of those 3 things was invalid. Do you have to make a purchase with the card before you can log into the account??

Try just the number, leave zip and name blank.

Still didn't work, it gave me the same error message (even when I tried all different combinations, like putting just the card# and the last name, etc)

It tool a few days after getting the card in the mail for stuff to show online. I got the same error.

i would suggest calling cs, add your info that way. thats how i did it with all 3 of my cards

Give it a few days. I got a new one for my husband and the same thing happened. I put it aside and checked it yesterday and it's now available online.

use your large card, and her keychain one, so the size alone will tell you. get an envelope, and keep all her receipts and bucks in it. if you use a big red envelope, her account would be the red one, which makes yours the "not red " one, i guess!
