I'm heading off the deep end!
Oh man!! I've had a horrible, horrible day today! To start off my awesome day, some jerk ran me off the road and the horn in my car is broken, so I couldn't even express my anger toward him! He didn't look to see if there was anyone next to him when he moved into my lane, and off to the side of the road I went! He didn't even bother to stop to see if I was ok! Then I went to the grocery store and there was this great spot that I was waiting for someone to leave from.. with my blinker on to show everyone of my intentions.. and some younger guy who's not 8 months pregnant and swollen swoops in and steals my spot! Again, no horn to tell him to go to hell. Right when I get inside a woman rams into my cart with hers-- I wasn't even moving at the time, just checking out the buy-one-get-one-free candy bars!!-- and she was like, EXCUSE ME!! like it was my fault that she ran into me! Grrrr! Not even three minutes later I'm wandering down an isle and this woman has her cart in the middle of the isle and no one can get by. I said excuse me very politely and she just looked me up and down and was like, "Yup." but didn't move. I said excuse me again, and again she didn't move! I was so angry during this trip that by the end of it I was cussing out loud to myself and my "big grocery shopping trip" ended up in a $50 trip with nothing but junk food! When I was in line I was checking out the magazine covers (there was someone in front of my with a ton of stuff) and the check-out guy must have been annoyed that i wasn't putting my food on the belt, so he threw a divider thing (the thing that divides one person's grocerys from another person's) at me and said, "Put your stuff on the belt" as if I didn't know that that's what I'm supposed to do! Then on the way home, someone cut me off and that was my last straw!!!!!!!!!
When I got home I left all the food in the bags and sat down on the couch to watch reruns of Beverly Hills, 90210 and I ate an ENTIRE box of Chocolate Teddy Grahams while the frozen stuff unthawed in the bags in the kitchen! I don't even care right about the food right now... or the over 1000 calories that I just ate in cookies!(Literally.. 9 servings at 130 calories a pop.. gone.. in my stomach.)

Tomorrow will be a much better day!
You could always carry a canned air horn w/ you.
Roll down the window and let it rip!
Guess you could take it w/ you to the grocery store,
but they may not like it so much.

Angie you are too funny!!! That would be hilarious
Michelle, I am sorry that you have had a "Terrible, horrible, no good very, bad day". Don't worry about the calories, you deserved them for being so kind and patient to everyone. Especially that jerk of a cashier. Hope that today/ tomorrow (its the 8th of AUgust for me now, not sure for you) is much better for you

Thanks, ladies! And Angie, you are too funny! I had to read your post to my husband! We agreed that it's time to take the car in and get that horn fixed! It's such a small problem but it always makes me feel better! (Not to mention, I don't think I would have gotten so far off the road if I would have had my horn!) LoL!
Well, my day after this post didn't get much better. But the day is nearly over now (it's 10:21pm where I am) and I'm hoping for a better day tomorrow!
I did, however get GREAT news tonight! My best friend got a call that a high school in the area needs two new gymnastics coaches for a local high school. We are both gymnastics coaches (she currently coaches at a University, I have taken a break to be a baby-making machine the last two years!) so we both took the jobs! It's for a high school in Minneapolis, inner cityish, so we will be coaching with kids who really need the discipline and program! That was just about the only good part of the day. That, and cuddling with my beautiful Alex when she got home from daycare!
