Default Immunization advice

My neighbor and I are working moms who produce a podcast (an internet-based radio show) in our "spare time." The show is called "Manic Mommies" (http://www.manicmommies.com).

We recently interviewed our pediatrician about vaccines and vaccination concerns (including whether the MMR vaccines causes autism).

You can listen to the show (no iPod required) by visiting - http://manicmommies.com/blog/?p=87

When it was time for our daughter to have her triple immunization shot, our family doctor recommended that she have them done separately. So instead of having three shots overall, she had to have nine. But he expelained that he thought it was too much for a small baby to have these combined shots at once. So we followed his advice --it made sense to us. Fortunately, we didn't have any problems with any of the shots.
