I am due to test next week around the 20th......so, I thought I might be having implantation pains yesterday....it was really sharp, sporatic pains especially on my right side....felt like something was jabbing me in there. And it was really quick....didn't last long but would come back fifteen or so minutes later. I work in a Maternal Fetal Medicine clinic, I might just have him run some bloodwork the end of this week and see if the BHCG's are up.

I could have wrote this post myself. I'm one week late with a positive hpt. But, I have these sharp, stabbing pains. I thought I was misscarrying yesterday because of them but no spotting. Had an ultrasound today but they couldn't see the sac yet - too early. Hopefully my blood test comes back and I'm really PG.

Thanks everyone for your opinions! I know I haven't been here in over a year! I have been so busy and tried to take a loooooong break! So, now I am back in the swing. I have PCOS if you remember, and I never have regular cylces. Well.....I have had three NORMAL cycles on my own in a row now! I wasn't even trying during these three cycles because I was still on my break from TTC, but since I have had three in a row on my own, my doc told me to get an OPK this month. So I did, and I got a positive result (actually two days worth of positives) during what would have been ovulation time......so, I think I might have had a real LH surge....and hopefully "O"ed this time. Wouldn't that be amazing if it all start working correctly on my own, with no fertility?! My son is turning six next week on the 22nd, so I would really like to tell him he is getting a sibling for his bday! Wish me luck!

I hope you are pregnant too! What is your blood type? If you are Rh- they might have given you a shot yesterday........but since you are not bleeding, they might not. Threatened AB's are scary, but hopefully that isn't what is going on with you! I will say a little prayer for you!
