So my in-laws are flying into town today to meet the baby and "help out" a bit. Not sure how much help they will be though. Last time they saw ds was over 6 months ago and he wasn't even walking or talking yet so he won't even know them. And my MIL is the kind of person who will clean your house for you even if you already cleaned it because she will see every miniscule piece of dirt and dust where no one else can. Which obviously my house is not going to be spotless after just having a baby, being sick, and having a toddler running around here. So its nice she will clean, but I feel like its demeaning almost like I can't keep my own house clean. (and yes I had dh clean yesterday so the house actually looks pretty good to me ). And then I am worried because my dh has some long hours this week so I feel like it is up to me to entertain them since he isn't around and I am certainly not up for that. (they are the kind of people who have a hard time relaxing and always need to be doing something). So I'm a little stressed right now. I want to enjoy this week and a half they are here but that seems awful loooong when dh is working almost the whole time and I am feeling so lousy . Sorry to vent a bit. Anyone else have in-laws like me haha?
