in the states you can't. you still have to pay until the courts say you no longer have to.
unfortunatly, i have no advice. My husband is in the same situation. $736 a month goes to a child who is not his, and despite 3 dna tests, the courts still have not removed this order. in our case, they deemed him "best for the child" and appointed him father. again, all of this despite 3 dna tests, and us being 2000 miles away. We didn't pay for about a year, and as you can imagine $736/month adds up quickly, and almost went to jail. If we miss one more payment, off to jail he goes. Yes, all of this despite 3 dna tests.
If you're state-side, what state are you in? The only thing i can think of is to have the bio father adopt the boy, but i believe he will have to begin that process.
