Ingrowing toe nails
Gabby is having nails that are trying to growing into her toes, but not in the tradition sense where the corners grow into the side on the toe... on both her 2nd toes the nails seem to curl and the top of the nail is trying to grow into the tip of her toes... i've been keeping them cut very short to avoid it and several times a week i run my finger nails underneath to make sure they aren't penetrating the skin, but is there anything else i could do?
thankfully they haven't penetrated the skin yet but she has grooves in her toes where they push against the skin, ever without penetration it can't be comfortable for her... i gave some thought to shoes being the issue but i'm so carefully to make sure her shoes aren't small or tight, plus it's been summer here and her shoes are open toe
