Went today and bought the Got2b, Caress, Pantene (more trials) and Colgate Advanced Fresh. Got instant bucks for the Got2b and Caress but not for the others. Also got two older ECBs so I don't think it was a printing limitation.

The question is: For those who have bought these two products this week and who are currently getting instant ECB, did they print for these two products also? I don't think the monthly deal ended but not sure why they wouldn't print with the others so am not sure whether to buy them on my other card.

You did get the Colgate TOTAL Advanced Clean right? Well I don't know from experience, but I have read in other forums that other persons' (peoples'?) ECBs printed out instantly if it was a weekly deal, and that if it was a Monthly deal, they still had to wait 48 hours to get their ECBs. Again that's just what I've read...hope that helps! (our registers aren't printing instantly yet!) As far as I know, the monthly deals go through atleast the end of the month so I wouldn't worry...if they don't show up after 48 hours, just call Customer Service. I bought my 5th Colgate Total today and I expect them to show up on Monday!

Same thing happened to me with the pepsi's and irish spring from a rain check. confirmed by a manager that the monthly deals print later, weeklys immediately

I bought 2 Aquafresh and 2 Ponds (buy $10 get a $5 ECB) I only got an immediate ECB for the Aquafresh and both are weekly deals. My purchase was 2 cents short of the $10, but in the past they've always rounded up. Maybe when it's a certain $ amount that has to be bought it doesn't print out immediately either.

I can confirm that the weeklies are producing ECBs immediately and you still have to wait for the monthlies.

I had the same concerns when things first switched over in my area. But all is good, those monthly ECBs will come.

Thanks for starting this thread because I had the same question! I bought a bunch of Colgate/Pantene yesterday and mine didn't print either. I was a little worried when I noticed that the Colgate had already changed to the next week's sale price as well. Now I guess that is a good thing...when I get my ECB for it I will have made 50 cents extra on each one. I'm liking the instant ECB thing though!

I went today and got deals on my card and DH's card. On my card the ECB's printed out immediately for what I got (Almay, Softsoap, Just For Me & Swiffer B$10G$5) along with 2 older ECBs (still waiting on 9 older ECBs to print).

On DH's card, NOTHING printed out. No immediate ECBs (should have gotten them for Almay, Softsoap & Just For Me) and no older ECBs (still waiting on 12 of them to print) or any CRTs. Not sure what's going on with that, at least SOMETHING should have printed!!

In Massachusetts, which did NOT have immediate ECB's, today, in Milford MA, I <DID> have them (Almay and Folgers...)

I made 3 trips today for a total of 5 Softsoaps (bought 1, 1 then 3) and 5 Crest (all in one transaction) and got all the ECB's today. Those are monthly deals, right?
