Default Instant food ideas for your children?

What are some instant food ideas that you make for your children? Something that you can just add water and warm up? Anyone tasted Kraft Easy Mac cups? You'll get the great taste of Mac and Cheese without the stove and in 3.5 minutes plus they'll love the taste.

We use batter blaster for pancakes. they're organic pancakes in a can. you just spray them out in whatever shape. you can pop chocolate chips or blueberries or just as is. the kids can help which is kind of neat so it's our go to option when we're short on time and want something warm.

We have a few quick things that we cook but it's more in the line of home cooked quick things like cheats pizza (wholemeal muffin cut in half with tomato puree on and topped with cheese) as I don't think that children should have too much processed food.
You could always try making aa quick tomato sauce and freezing it in small portions - then you just have to add it to cooked pasta for a super quick, healthy meal.

A favorite around here is tomato soup and grilled cheese.

We also love the Kraft Mac N Cheese!

No i have'nt tried that but the recipe of egg with bread is also very instant.
Make a circle in the center of the Slice the size of the circle should not be very small then Place a bread on the pan containing a little oil in it then break a egg and pour its interior in that circle ,make it cook for sometime then remove it out of the Pan and serve hot.
