i just got offered a really nice position, and at fulltime but i have to find childcare for izzy. I found 2 places i really like, one's a christian home daycare, the other is a stay at home mom who wants to take izzy under her wing. i definitely think i'm leaning more towards the SAHM. she's a former ER nurse, super friendly and was willing right away to set up a meeting. but here's the toughy..

what do i ask her?!

any and all help is really appreciated. i already have to battle it out with DH to let me take the position, so i figure if i get all my chickens in a row he can't argue me. TIA!
