Irresistable potato wedges
My family love this recipe, and it's low-fat , too. Just slice potatoes into wedges, place them on a tray, spray lightly with monounsaturated oil,and sprinkle with a mixture of curry powder and coriander powder to taste. Bake until soft (around 20 minutes). These disappear very quickly and are always quick and easy to make when the kids come calling unexpectedly, too.
