I've been buying lots of items at CVS lately, but none of those show up in my online account, I've gotten all of the ECBs and have been rolling them, but my account hasnt been updated online since the ECBs became instant. Anyone know?

New ECB earned after 4/1 don’t show online, but my account has been updated since 4/1.
I noticed that ECB expiration date now changes to reflect accurate expiration date after they are printed out.
I am talking about the ones earned before April 1st changeover.
For example, my Revlon $10.00 ECB had an expiration date of 4/25 before it was printed at the register.
It came out on 4/3, and Revlon ECB is now showing 5/3 expiration date both online and on actual coupon.
My online account says it was updated on 4/3. All the other ECBs online are now showing correct date on them

On my DH’s account, Lever 2000 $2.00 ECB was showing expiration date of 5/2, and it is now upped to 5/6.
On 4/6, my cashier scanned DH’s card twice, and this ECB didn’t come out.
Now I know what ECB was scheduled to print out on that day.
I have one more ECB in DH’s account, which is GasX $3.00. Expiration date of this coupon has not been changed (5/2.)
So, I know this ECB was not scheduled to print out on 4/6 and will print out (hopefully) next time I shop.

mine was last update on april 6th, cause i bought 2 more colgate adnvanced from the month of march deal which ended yesterday night.
