I am (im)patiently waiting to go shopping.....has anyone tried it today? I know there have been ALOT of problems on both deals since Saturday...PLEASE let me know if you have been shopping today.

no toothpaste, i got 5, all rang up correct at 2.77 but only 1 ecb, says 2.99. i'm so shy and i hate having to call. i really thought it'd be fixed by now....

Funny how they corrected the sunscreen $10 ECB by Tuesday but they can't correct this one. Conspiracy because this one does not go in our favor?

I went shopping about 2pm and I asked the cashier if the Colgate ecbs were printing yet..she had NO IDEA what I was talking about..she called the manager, who still had NO IDEA that it wasnt working! He said go ahead and buy them and if it doesnt print I'll give you a refund..so I did..I bought 5 and NOTHING PRINTED!! The manager gives me $13.85 CASH REFUND! I was shocked because I paid with ecbs and coupons..only 13 cents cash!

There is a patch going out for this to be effective by noon EST on 06/27

Is that patch going to reward the ones already purchased? Or will it just be good for ones purchased after it goes into effect?

What does the bottom of your receipt show? Does it have anything for the Colgate?

This will be interesting, cause some people got credit at the store, as they are supposed to. Others didnt. This will be interesting.

When store manager issues credits, they need to scan the original receipt right? if that is the case, there will be nothing interesting, CVS computer knows the credit has been issued to a particular purchase or not. Even not, we should be honest, should not we?
