I am 57 years old and I also have arthritis. I find some swelling on my hand today and on my knuckles. Feels like multiple joints are hurting. I think it’s because I use my hands too much earlier when I cooked for my grandkids. They were here for a visit and so I wanted to treat them my special dish. Anyway, could this be a flare attack? Can you share what you take for you’re your arthritis pain? Thanks.
