Default Is your pet religious?

I haven't done a poll in a while. I wrote an article yesterday about religion and animals and got to thinking it might be a quirky question to ask. See what your thoughts on the subject might be.

My dad has sent St. Francis tags for all my pets. I keep Murph's in his travel case. But I've never taken my pets to be blessed. I did know a neighbor who fed her sugar gliders a kosher diet. (Although, by nature they sort of adhere to that anyway.)

Any of you ever participated in a Blessing of the Pets event or anything similar?

I do not have any pets at this time.

But, I do want to share about a friend of mine.

Her dog was Pentecostal.
Truly.

Aren't you going to ask me how I know?
Have you ever heard of the need for "daily ingesting God's word through Bible?"
He ate their two favorite Bibles on the coffee table.

She practiced music at home in preparation for
church, singing and playing the piano.
Her other dog used to sing right along with her.....
learning the music too.

The singing dog had puppies, and
she taught them to sing along to the church
music too.

Can't you just picture that! How precious!

This is just an awesome story! Thanks for sharing it! It made me laugh. (The eating the bible part. The singing along with the music part was too precious. Especially the teaching the puppies to do it too.)
