Default It just hurts on one side...

I don't feel any hard lumps like clogged ducts or anything...Anyways. My right breast is fuller, bigger and is sore to the touch. The other is completely normal. What the crap?
And let down is extremely painful.

Try some hot compresses (ie. warmed up faceclothes) or stand in a shower with the warm spray concentrated on that breast and see if that helps...is your breast red or hot to the touch??

Ok I take that back, I think there's a clog somewhere. I used a different position and luckily the baby ate for a while from the sore side and emptyed it some. Then when he ate on the other side and I let down, I hand expressed the sore side while he ate on the other. SO it is not hurting so bad now.

I was thinking of a hot rag, of course I'm sitting here in the hospital and I have a male nurse right now so I'm scared to just sit around with it all hanging out! lol

You're in the hospital? Truthfully, when I first read your description to me it sounds like thrush. A fuller breast will be more painful with thrush, let down kills with thrush, etc. A plug on the other hand, will slowly build up, there will usually be a red lump and/or you can feel a lump somewhere, etc. Is someone on antibiotics? If so, I'd ask to be examined.

This always worked for me go into a warm shower or hot and use a rag to gently squeeze some of the milk outy while standing under the stream of the water. And yes let down hurts but it will all level itself out.

perhaps a poor latch on just side... Gabby had trouble latching on just one side and because she wasn't latching properly it got engorge, change of position got her latching, although it wasn't painful during let down
