I have never heard of it coming back you might want to check with your ob and mention it. Could it be a virus or something like that. Has it been for a few days or longer? Sorry not much advise but hopefully you will get some answers from your ob.

I've had this happen twice and yes it's normal.... I'm battling morning sickness again right now. I did it with my first as well. I don't know why we get sick again at the end. I think it's just the way my body handles my pregnancies and it could be the same with yours. I hope you feel better!! It sucks but just know you're this far and it's close to being over
I talked to my doctor about this question.... He said it is totally normal because in the beginning it's your hormones making you sick, in the end it's because you're out of room and it's the acid in your stomach that's causing you to get sick. Everything is so squished up there it's like the over abundance is what irritates you. He said the only things that can be done are to eat Tums and don't lie down after you eat, let it digest before you do. Hope this helps!!
Yeah I figured that's what it was... I've had that (TMI) acidy spit up crap in a ball in my throat. It's so gross... my doctor told me I could take Pepcid so usually I take one after a meal I know is really spicy but sometimes, the heartburn and indigestion attacks come on for no reason and they literally incopaciate(SP) me!!!!! GRRRRR
