Default It's very simple and easy to lose weight

Drink two tumblers of water on rising from the bed, and in a day drink at least three litres of it.

One third of your food should be low calorie salad. It fills the stomach and gives less calories of energy.

Avoid cream, ghee, sweets and fried food.

Take regular exercise sufficiently, so as to burn more calories of energy, than its intake.

The order of preference of food is (1) steamed, (2) boiled, (3) baked, (4) roasted, (5) grilled, and (6) fried.

hey nice tips. i follow these tips everyday. i do yoga as a part of my daily routine. 2 hours of yoga every day keeps me healthy, stress free, and helps me to reduce weight.

I agree that drinking water will make you fuller and then stop you from craving food but drinking 3 litres is surely excessive. Where have you read that drinking 3 litres of water is recommended? Surely you will spend all day in the loo.

Drink plenty of water, do yoga and exercise regularly, cur yourself from calories product, eat healthy and nutritional product. Don’t eat sugary product in excess amount. Never do dieting for losing weight. In natural way you can lose weight.

Drinking water is great for pretty much every type of suggested weight loss plan. It's also a great way to prevent cellulite, according to the blog I referenced.

Yes, it's very simple to lose weight! I totaly agree, I'm having a lot of water every day and that is also very healthy, I had problems with my kidney , but now I'm OK.

Drinking water in the early morning is a healthy habit. But drink 3 liters of water a day is a questionable. Some people says drink
8 glass of water a day. But I dont think we have any scientific evidence to prove that.

Now doctors from the University of Pennsylvania say that’s hogwash. After exploring the health effects of hydration, they conclude that the purported benefits of drinking lots of water are not backed by any solid evidence—or liquid evidence, either. The physicians present their findings in the June issue of the Journal of the American Society of Nephrology.
