I've Lost Weight
Hi everyone,
I had to share this with you. On January 4, I weighed 293 pounds. Today, February 2, I weigh 284. I made up my mind, yesterday, that I was going to the gym. So, I weighed myself, this morning, before leaving. Those numbers motivated me to workout for an hour. I got tired (and a little bored) after a half hour, but I kept thinking about the numbers and how much better my clothes are fitting. To quote James Brown, "I feel good!"
