So, as posted in the other thread she came out. Poor Baby Girl. She weighs (ed) 2 lbs 7 oz. Like at around 1145am, My water completely broke and the contractions were so strong and intense I was almost screaming. I pushed maybe 4-5 times and she was out. She is soo tiny. She has trouble right now breathing so she is in the NICU in the children's hospital. Hopefully things go right and she will continue to grow stronger.

I am glad to hear she is still breathing, and actually weighs more then I expected her too. My girlfriends daughter was under 2 lbs. She is now 4 and doing great. My thoughts and prayers will be with both of you. Its going to be a long bumpy road but keep thinking positively and she will feel it from you

Rhi~to answer your ? yes there is a couple people here with me but I am really hoping that my sister comes down here to visit. She isn't speaking to me right now (Long Story) and she is like one of the closest people to me. My grandma, My cousin, and Julienne's Daddy are here. His parents and siblings will be here after work. I was hoping my sister would come down but then again it's only 4:17pm here. I am just hoping and praying that she continues to get stronger and gets better. Thanks to the rest of you for the support! It means the world to me!!

Just wanted to express my congratulations on having your baby, and I also wanted to offer words of encouragement. My twins were born at 29 weeks and my son was 3 lbs 2 oz and my daughter was 2 lbs 8 oz. They were in the hospital for 8 weeks and 10 weeks. As someone has already said, it IS a long bumpy road. But just keep in mind that your baby girl is in the best hands and they know what to do for her. Ask plenty of questions if you are unsure about anything, it is their job to keep you informed. You're the momma and there is no replacement for you or your love...spend lots of time with her even if it's just sitting next to her. She'll know you're there. Feel free to PM me if you want to talk about anything with someone who has been there and done that recently.
