Default Just not feeling it this year

Is everyone super excited about the holidays??

Im not. Not sure why either. I feel more depressed now then I have in a long time. Theres no reason either! The girls have soooo much stuff, and im talking WAY to much from us and everyone else. Kevin just signed papers to start school again. I am up for the management position at my work.

But im so tired! Maybe thats my issue...way to over tired at this point. I have 3 days off from work now which will be nice.

Kevin and I have a trip planned to go snowboarding over the New Year holiday so I will have another 3 days off, then I start running the studio. I just need a break from everything to feel better I think. A day of sleep, no kids, no stress, no nothing!

Anyone else not feeling this holiday season??

totally with you there dear. I finished up at work yesterday (23rd) and we had a great lunch at Sydney (on the harbour) and it was all paid for by my bosses (including the big booze-up afterwards) so that meant that I hadnt finished my Christmas shopping and since I still use the crutches because I don't trust my knee enough yet to not use them for longer distances, shopping is a pain!!!!!

I seriously felt like ramming into people because they were being soooo freaking rude! Pushing in front of me while I'm trying to get somewhere too, and then they walk slower than I was, even when I'm on the crutches! Oh yeah and who uses manners anymore??? Let me tell you not very many people at all. So yes I had to finish up my Christmas shopping on Christmas eve... not something I want to do ever again. So I had to deal with all of that, plus being realy tired from being out last night (my fault but oh well) oh and it's that time of the month too, so add it all together and I was just about ready to lose it completeley.

Whew sorry that turned into such a huge whine but I feel better for getting it out.

I hope you have a Merry Christmas Rhianna, and that the spirit comes back to you soon.

My holiday celebrations are over, I never really get into it, just get annoyed by people who seem to think there is a famine or something.
