Does anyone have their credit card?? I was considering switching to theirs. The interest rate is better and the rewards are better than what I'm receiving now. I was wondering if they ever sent coupons in the monthly statements or any other perks?? Thanks!!!!

i got an offer in the mail today for their card. it says first use i would get 2500 points = $25.00 in groceries !

also, earn per $1 spent
1 point when you shop anywhere
2 point when you shop at kroger
3 point when you buy kroger brand items

anyone have this or use it to earn points ?

I don't know if other perks come through the mail, but percentage backwise, the Kroger card isn't the best deal. Looks like in percentages you get 1% anywhere, 2% at Krogers, and3% kroger brands. The citi card has a card that gets 5% back on gas, groceries, and drug stores, w/ 1% everywhere else. Our citi card does rake up the cash back so much quicker than our card tied to a different grocery chain that only gets 1% back everywhere, 2% at their store.

B/c of the limits on the yearly cashback on the citicard, we do try to just use it at grocery, gas, and drugstore. Then we use the other card that also gives 1% on everywhere for purchases that wouldn't count for 5% w/ citicard. That way we maximize our rewards.

I have had the Kroger credit card for several months. I received my first grocery checks in November -- $50 in various amounts so you can use them in several trips. I should have at least $60 coming in February. You get $10 in grocery checks for every 1,000 points. 1 pt per $ on purchases other than Kroger, 2 pt per $ on purchases at Kroger, affilliates, and Kroger gas, 3 pts per $ additional (5 pt total) on Kroger brands. I can't remember if coupons were enclosed, but I do know I have been getting more coupons and coupons with much larger values at times.

Read the fine print when you actually receive the card. Upon receiving my Kroger MasterCard almost all of the incentives listed in the brochure were changed. Instead of a $10 check for every 1000 points it was switched to a $5 check, even though the brochure says you will receive double points for gas you no longer receive any points, and even though the brochure promises you will receive 5 points for every dollar you spend on Kroger brand products that has been changed to 3 points. Everything about the Kroger master card is deceptive. Kroger should be ashamed of having their logo on a product containing so many lies.
