Hello,

We just moved from NJ to AZ and found out we live right down the road from Lake Pleasant Park. It is amazing!!!

There is a marina for boats and all motor equipment can go on the lake like waverunners, jet skis, and boats. They offer scuba diving lessons and the water is so clear and clean!

It is quite stunning; a very large lake set in the middle between mountains. The cost is $5.00 to drive in and then you can park any place you wish and camp, boat, swim, and the DOGS are even allowed! (This was great since NJ is not the most dog friendly state.)

To get there, take Lake Pleasant Road all the way to the end. Make a left and drive about 10 minutes and you will see signs on the right.

It is def. something to check out.
