[wanna be a young mother]

So I had my appt. on Tues. and the Dr. is sending me for a level II u/s. She said that we will find out the sex that day too! My question is what is the difference between a regular u/s and a level II and what do they do/check at this type of u/s ?? Thanks everyone!
