That says if you're not satisfied with the product to send for a refund. Were you not satisfied? I haven't done any like that before. Do they ask for a reason? TIA

This particular one doesn't ask for a reason, you just write our name/address & UPC on a 3x5 card and send that with the receipt. I personally wasn't satisified with it, didn't seem to do anything for our drain. But I have to add we did end up having roto rooter guy come and clear out the pipe, so was probably more than what the product was made to deal with.
