I'm going to share my story with some of you who may have been trying to conceive and have been unsuccessful- I went off b/c in Aug of 2007- became pregnant in 1/08 and miscarried in 2/08. Naturally , I was grieving the loss of my angel. I felt in my heart that something was wrong. Everyone , including my OB/GYN, said that I would be pregnant in no time! It has been 7 mos- My OB/GYN has put me through many testing that has turned up nothing. He finally referred me to a specialist- I went to him today- He is ordering all new tests, as my ob/gyn apparently did not know what he was doing(tests). The success rate for the new doctor is 90%!!! I am hopeful that he will be able to help my husband and I conceive again and carry a pregnancy to term.
When you feel something is wrong- dont listen to everyone! I wish that I went to the specialist much sooner- I wish I did not listen to my regu ob/gyn. He dragged me along for so long it was so unnecessary and emotionally painful every month when I would get a/f.
So Hang in there all, and listen to your heart- You all know your limitations as well as your bodies- Good Luck everyone

So sorry for your loss!

Glad to hear that you are going to a specialist for some extra help.

Have you tried using the hygiene product called Cups after you Baby Dance? Seems to certainly work for several of the ladies on board here and one lady that I personally know. She had tried with no success 'letting nature take its course' and one month using Cups,
became pg that month! After 5 years of trying and she was able to cancel her appt to the specialist.

Sorry to hear for your loss. After my m/c in Jan07 we tired everything and finally after 14mo of no luck they sent me to a specialist... But found out 2wks before that appointment I was prego. So there is hope and keep your head up. Can't wait to hear how your specialist goes.
