Spagetti seems to be the worst for heartburn for me too. Weird though because I can eat lasagna and calzones with tomato sauce and have no problems!

Spaghetti and lasagna don't bother me. It's usually pizza that gives me heartburn. I also noticed that I can't eat it for dinner because it's too late in the day. Usually, if I eat it for lunch, I'm OK.
