So I had my appt. today and her fluid level went from 9.2 last week to 8.7 this week! The Dr. said that is not so bad and for me to just drink a lot more water and that she will see me again in a week to check her levels! The Dr. doesn't seem so worried about the levels b/c they are just a little below average (which is 10). I asked her what could be causing this and she said that I might be a little dehydrated or that might be a normal level for me. She also said that the placenta may not be working properly. She said worse case scenario is that they will have to delivery me early and not let me go past my due date. If my levels stay at the same mark for the next few weeks then its really no cause for concern b/c that just means they are at a normal level for my body! The only good thing that is coming from all of this is I get an u/s every week and get to see the baby and get new pics!! If you look close this one is of her sucking her thumb!

Sorry to hear this happening to you! This happened to a girl I use to work with on both of her little girls. Her first daughter she delieved in April when she was due in June, it was too dangerous to let her continue. And then the last one she was on bedrest and had a csection 2 wks early. Keep drinking that fluid and try to stay rested. Good luck

i wouldn't worry too much your levels are still good and even if they are dropping they aren't dropping fast so you could go to at least 34 weeks

Thanks everyone! I am trying not to worry to much. I think we will know more next week. I am starting to drink LOTS of water so I hope that will help!
