Thumbs down Max Fresh Burst Problem today (Sunday)

Got card scanned once (MY card)
Got 4 TP's - the right kinds (Mas Fresh BURST) for $2.77

NO ecb's printed out.

Didnt ask about them, as I wanted to get in/out

Will call CSR tomorrow from work.

I forget if I got peppermint or spearmint (I think peppermint)

I got 1 Max Fresh Burst Peppermint UPC 0 35000 76511 6. Scanned at $2.99. Got ECB for $2.99. This is my first purchase of this item for the month. At the end of the receipt "Colgate Max, Buy 1 get 2.77 - Offer Limit Reached. " I did not want to test more than 1. I am in MD.

Default Colgate Max=Weekly & Monthly getting mixed up.

Seems this is a national problem with their programming. They ran the Weekly Colgate limit 5, over the monthly deal limit 1. They havent reprogrammed to allow 5 this week so no one is getting ECB's . You'll only get for 1 for the month.
Hope they fix this soon, was soo looking forward.
bummer.

Yes, same thing here at CA. I didn't read this before running out. Got 4 toothpastes (3 of peppermint and 2 of spearmint) and got only 1 ECB for 2.99. The cashier just told me to call customer service.

Hi!! Same problem in NC. I picked up 3 earlier but only received the ECB for 1 of them. The manager went ahead and applied the "ECB" for the other 2 onto my next order which was fine with me. Hope they correct the problem SOON!!

Anybody think corp has the ability to fix this in one big swoop? (IE all accounts will be properly credited?) Or is corp going to be flooded with 18,000 incidents from across the country that all have to be dealt with SEPARATELY??? (There are over 5000 stores. I've got to think each one had to deal with this at least a few times . . .)

You need to wait 48 hours from your transaction time to call, otherwise EC CSR would not be able to see your transaction(s). in turn, they would not be able to help you.

If CVS developed their ECB system in house, their IT department should be able to run a batch to fix the all the affected account at once.
