I think he rocked. Don't know what political capital he gained, but it shows he has a sense of humor - and he pulled it off better than Palin did a few weeks ago.

He won that audience over. Shame on those who booed him so loudly at the beginning. But that's typical of what I found living in that NYC metro area - very diverse place, but among the machine dems, very intolerant of anyone else's point of view.

I couldn't believe they booed him! He really put himself out their, and I think he was funny! My husband and I enjoyed it, and my husband DOESN'T like McCain! So I think it showed his friendlier, relaxed side. Which is what he needs to do to sway independants/undecideds, like me.

I loved McCain too. , the "McCain fine gold" That was great.
While SNL is heavily bias, I really have gotten some great laughs off Tina's impression of Palin!
