Default New Doctor

My previous Dr. (who I really do like) was not so keen on me changing up the vax schedule. She herself has a newborn son and she told me directly that she is vaxing him on schedule 'because if he ever caught any of the diseases she would never forgive herself'. She got a little funny and pushy with me at our first visit and we ended up giving more vaccines than I originally wanted (my fault I know, I have a hard time putting my foot down).

So, I went to 'interview' a new doctor in town yesterday and I am elated to say that we are going to be keeping her!
We discussed the vaccine issue. I explained how I wanted the shots split up, spread out, some delayed and she understood and agreed with me.

I am just so relieved to have finally found a Dr. where I can simply walk into our appts and not have to defend myself or my decisions regarding my son's health.

Phew!
