Meditation for strees relief
I've been thinking about meditation as a source of stress relief. I have only a cursory knowledge of this practice. I'm not a religious person, so I don't want to get into any of the more spiritual-type meditation. Plus, time is a major factor. With two small kids, a full-time job and a part-time writing career, I don't have much time for this. Is there a meditation that does not require a lot of time and is not related to religion? Will it help with stress?
