Can't speak for a hospital birth but I did have a skilled midwife who had served for decades, was capable and skilled in breech & mulitples. I opted for a homebirth with her for my 2 kids and loved it. Just as with all care provider some midwives are more medically happy with interventions. I call them med-wives and mid-wives. Just need to find one who promotes natural births instead of one just willing to go along with it but yet knows when a birth is not following normalacy.
