Well its more of a phrase, but he said "uh oh!" and he can kinda say kitty. My baby is growing up toooooo fast!!!!!!
In other news he has ANOTHER staph infection. I reported his daycare to the state and hopefully they will go in and do an investigation--he didnt start getting staph infections until he went there and I am worried if he keeps getting them and get put on antibiotics he will end up with MRSA (heaven forbid!!!) *sigh*
He is cruising and crawling and getting into everything.. he has more teeth coming in, three on top now. Thats why he has been soooo fussy lately, I couldn't figure out why! ...
Next month is his one year birthday. I am so nervous I havent even got a clue what I am going to do. I thought I knew but Im not so sure now. Money is tight and a ton of people wanna come and we have a small apartment... so i guess it will all work out the way its supposed to. I hope to sit down with my boyfriend this weekend and work it out so im not stressed at the last minute!

Isn't it amazing how fast they grow up? I just love when they start saying little words, it is so cute to communicate with them that way (instead of interpreting their cries).

Do you have any ideas for a birthday party? Weather permiting you could have a party at a park. Do it at a time that people wouldn't expect a meal. You could have cake (make it or buy it). Just keep it simple and you can save some money.

They grow to fast! I know how you feel about the party. It took me weeks before I could figure out what to do with all our family. We thought it would be best and cheaper to have it here at home but we have a HUGE yard so we have the space. I'm sure you'll figure something out!

Have you considered switching his daycare? That must be horrible dealing with that all the time

Mikael's birthday is August 23.
I thought about having it at the Zoo but that would be too expensive, we might do that just the immediate family. We were gonna have everyone over but people get too offended if they dont get invited.. so there may be two parties one down south (an hour and a half away at my parents) and one up here for everyone up here... I was debating the park thing too and maybe doing a bbq. i was gonna make the cake and all that to save some money...
it does suck about the daycare and I am looking but everyplace around here has a waiting list until winter. But I am trying. I feel so bad for Mikael and it worries me when he gets bumps and bruises and they dont even tell me how--I have to ask about it the next day.
but I think his birthday theme will be zoo theme regardless of where we do it... its amazing how fast time flies. *sigh*
