Default Just have a wee concern...

Hi ladies...I was going to put this in the pregnancy thread but decided I wanted it to go here instead. First of all, I will be 6wks pg tomorrow.....Yesterday I had (TMI) a little brownish discharge late in the afternoon. Then a wee bit each time I went to the bathroom...not really spotting persay but a little colour there. It sort've stopped last nite..but today is less (TMI) mucousy but still brownish, maybe a little pinkish too...I am really working on not getting scared or worrying too much but needless to say I am a little....I had a m/c in Jan. and we really really are excited about this May baby!!! I honestly put my faith in God and hope that He is looking after our little bean...I know that through Him all things are possible beyond what I ask or imagine...I just wanted some outside support too....We haven't told any family yet as I wanted to wait until after this Thurs. when I have my first dr. appt. Thanks for listening ladies...sorry for the short novel...!!!

(((HUGS))) I think I've heard that if it's brown it's not a big deal-it means it's old. Try to stay relaxed and don't do too much. Take it easy. I'll be thinking of you & praying for the best.

I spotted like that with my dd and had a healthy pregnancy. Of course it didn't stop me from worrying but my OB told me as long as it wasn't bright red then not to worry.

Thanks ladies for your thoughts, prayers and hugz!!! I have felt surrounded by prayer all day....I believe that the "spotting" has stopped...I have heard about the "old blood" before..(where exactly is it supposed to be coming from and why?) and I do know others who have said they experienced the same thing including a friend of mine who is 1 wk and 2 days ahead of me!!! As we know though the least little thing when you are pg can be a cause for concern...

Your continued thoughts and prayers would be appreciated and I will definitely keep you posted especially after my dr appt on Thurs...Thanks again for being there ladies!!

Absolutely...it's basic training for when they're born and more worry begins. It never ends...from the moment of conception till eternity, moms worry.

(((HUGS))) Keep us posted & of course you'll have our continued good vibes heading your way!

I really hope everything is okay!

My friend spotted every month when her period was due when she was pregnant, and had a very healthy little boy. He is 10 years old now and in great shape.

You ladies are sooooo awesome...it is so great to know that you are all there!!!
We are 6 wks today!!! Last nite there was a wee and I mean wee bit there still but everything has stopped again...I will definitely keep you all posted.

**We actually told the kids today...funny thing is they already suspected!!! My DS has been asking me in a funny sort of joking around way if I was pg (he was saying it in a silly way like "are you preg-a-nit?") or not...and my DD informed me she came across the hpt stix I still have in the cupboard...with their very visible double line/+ve signs on them!!!! Can't believe she hadn't said anything yet!!! We also told my mom and my sister too and they are all really excited...Just wanted to share that too!!!
