Hi all! My husband just found out he's promoted to master sergeant, but doesn't "pin" it on until June 08. He says it is tradition to celebrate and party now, as opposed to waiting until he actually gets the full pay, rank and benefits of master sergeant. I think having a party now is like counting all the chicks before they're hatched. Am i wrong?
