I left a comment too. I'm very excited to see this trend & I hope many others pick up on it. Losing weight, or getting healthy, shouldn't cost anything more than perhaps a good pair of walking shoes.
I work 16 hours a week at a Stay Healthy clinic, where they provide community education services. They have a LOT of information about health.
Eating right and exercise lowers blood pressure, which greatly reduces a person's risk for heart attack, diabetes, or stroke.
Other benefits are mental clarity and good mental health. I was NEVER one who wanted to take time out every day do "work out". I didn't feel like I had the time, or energy. I've learned from experience that it DOES give you more energy to work out. My muscles are stronger. I walk faster-just going down the street from one store to another.
Not to mention my legs feel so strong-like I could kick someone's head off their shoulders

I wouldn't do that unless I had to...but it sure feels nice to have legs like that!
