Postpartum psychosis maybe? I really hope it turns out to be... makes me shudder to think she knowingly and deliberately killed those babies...

How in the world do people do these things?!? When Katelyn is frusterating me and I am at my breaking point I look at my baby and my heart just melts even if she's screaming and throwing toys or kicking or hitting. She's my life and I love her so much and I can't see how you couldn't love your own child like that....so how does this happen?

wow. i'm completely speechless. how can you stab your own child? and how can you continue after hearing their "i'm in pain" scream. i just about cry whenever izabell does that scream.. i can't imagine.

That is so horribile, it made me cry. I don't think it has anything to do with postpartum. I think either she snapped, or it was pre-medatated. Either way it is horribile.

Either she had a mental breakdown suddenly
or
had post partum depression.
