Hi All...
I had testing completed, to research why I have been unsuccessful in getting pregnant after miscarriage.
Turns out I am a carrier of a gene mutation called MTHFR.
They explained to me that this is a blood clotting disorder and can cause recurrent pregnancy loss and cause infertility if it is not treated. They put me on prescription strength folic acid and will most likely put me on baby aspirin. Will most likely try IUI after being treated on the medication.
Just wondering if anyone else has been diagnosed with this, and if so, how long did you take the medications before trying to conceive?
